UMANG SYSTEMS™ · ENGINEERED TO REQUIREMENT

Water Treatment Plant & Filtration Systems

Umang Systems is a water treatment plant manufacturer in India, with office locations in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. We design industrial WTP and filtration systems for process-water, institutional, commercial and RO pretreatment applications, with a strong project focus across South India including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangaluru (Mangalore), Goa and Kochi. System selection is based on feed-water analysis, flow rate, operating hours and required treated-water quality, with Pan-India supply and IEC-enabled export enquiries.

Discuss Your Requirement

Designed around your water analysis and process requirement

A correctly designed WTP is not selected by capacity alone. We review turbidity, suspended solids, iron, hardness, organics, chlorine, colour, odour and downstream process requirements before selecting filtration stages, media quantity, vessel sizing, service flow and backwash duty.

01

Dual-media & multimedia filtration

Pressure filtration is configured using graded support media and selected filtration media to reduce suspended solids and turbidity before downstream treatment or process use.

02

Activated carbon filtration

We use application-selected activated carbon, including 900 IV coconut-shell activated carbon where specified, for removal of chlorine, odour, colour and selected organic contaminants.

03

Custom vessel & piping design

Vessel diameter, media depth, piping, valves, service flow and backwash flow are selected according to actual duty, available pressure and site conditions rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Industrial WTP and pretreatment applications

Umang Systems configures water treatment and filtration systems as standalone WTPs or as pretreatment for RO, softener, UF, DM and other process-water systems.

01

Industrial process-water treatment

Custom filtration for factories, utilities, production lines, cooling-water makeup and general industrial process-water requirements.

02

RO pretreatment

Filtration stages are designed to protect RO membranes by controlling turbidity, suspended solids, chlorine and other feed-water conditions that affect membrane performance.

03

Institutional & commercial WTP

Engineered systems for hotels, hospitals, campuses, housing projects, commercial facilities and other high-demand water-treatment applications.
