Claim process
Notify us promptly with the equipment serial details, operating data, photographs and a description of the issue before dismantling or third-party repair.
Typical exclusions
Consumables and normal wear; membrane or media fouling; operation outside agreed feed-water or utility conditions; chemical misuse; dry running; voltage fluctuation; unauthorised modification; accidental damage; improper storage; corrosion from undisclosed service conditions; and failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions. The accepted quotation prevails.
